Meningkatkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Tenaga Pendidik Dengan Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Mediasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keadilan organisasi dan dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan MI Istiqomah Sambas Purbalingga sebagai populasi penelitian. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan melibatkan 112 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik non-probability sampling. Data penelitian merupakan data primer yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert lima poin. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Square versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasi dan dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, serta memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi. Selain itu, komitmen organisasi juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi dan berperan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara keadilan organisasi dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan keadilan dan dukungan organisasi dalam meningkatkan komitmen serta perilaku ekstra peran tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan.
