Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penulisan artikel ilmiah ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari artikel tinjauan pustaka ini adalah: Motivasi Kerja memiliki hubungan dan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Gaya  Kepemimpinan memiliki hubungan dan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Kepuasan kerja  memiliki hubungan dan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan serta Budaya Organisasi memiliki hubungan dan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
