Peran Green Human Resource Management dan Inovasi Teknologi Hijau dalam Mendorong Transformasi Ekonomi Hijau: Implikasi pada Sektor Transportasi Indonesia

Transformasi ekonomi hijau merupakan urgensi strategis bagi sektor transportasi Indonesia sebagai penyumbang emisi karbon terbesar kedua. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dampak Green Human Resource management (GRHM) dan inovasi teknologi hijau ramah lingkungan menuju ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan 350 responden yang bekerja pada sektor transportasi baik darat, laut, udara dan logistik. Kuesioner dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan google form kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui prangkat luna SmartPLS 4.1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GRHM yang terdiri dari kemampuan, kesempatan dan motivasi karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapa inovasi teknologi hijau maupun transformasi ekonomi hijau. Sebagai variabel mediasi, inovasi teknologi hijau juga memperkuat pengaruh praktik GRHM dan tranformasi ekonomi hijau.
