Abstract

Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan sangat penting dalam suatu riset atau artikel ilmiah. Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan berfungsi untuk memperkuat teori dan penomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variabel. Artikel ini mereview Mekanisme Berpikir Sistemik mempengaruhi Perencanaan, Pengembangan dan Kontrol dalam  pendidikan Islam, suatu studi literatur Manajemen Sumberdaya Manusia. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana Perencanaan berpengaruh terhadap Mekanisme Perpikir Sistemik; 2) Pengembangan berpengaruh terhadap Mekanisme Berpikir Sistemik; dan 3) Kontrol dalam  pendidikan Islam berpengaruh terhadap Mekanisme Berpikir Sistemik.
