Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Self efficacy dan Social support terhadap Career adaptability pada pekerja penyandang disabilitas di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pekerja penyandang disabilitas di Kota Bandung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendekatan dari Haier jumlah sampel ditentukan 5 – 10 kali jumlah pertanyaan kuesioner dimana pada penelitian ini pertanyaan yang digunakan berjumlah 32 pertanyaan, jika dikalikan 5 maka responden berjumlah 170 responden. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji T dan uji F dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Self Efficacy berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap Career Adaptability dan Social Support tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Career Adaptability.
