Abstract

Penelitian mengenai tenaga kerja multigenerasi telah berkembang pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, namun sebagian besar studi berfokus pada perspektif manajemen organisasi atau SDM saja, sehingga tidak mempertimbangkan multidisiplin lain dan belum ada review yang mengintegrasikan temuan-temuan terkini secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan mensintesis berbagai studi untuk memberikan pandangan holistik mengenai dinamika tenaga kerja multigenerasi. Tujuan dari tinjauan ini adalah untuk menyajikan sintesis yang koheren dari literatur mengenai multigenerational workforce, yang merujuk pada situasi di mana berbagai generasi seperti Baby Boomers, Generasi X, Millennials, dan Generasi Z bekerja bersama dalam satu lingkungan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui tinjauan literatur dari beberapa penerbit terakreditasi, yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengintegrasikan temuan-temuan terkait tenaga kerja multigenerasi. Dengan mengartikulasikan berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi dinamika antar generasi di tempat kerja, serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja organisasi, penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih jelas mengenai fenomena ini. Selain itu, studi ini juga mengajukan agenda strategis untuk penelitian lanjutan, yang dapat membekali para peneliti dan praktisi dengan wawasan praktis tentang cara mengelola dan mengoptimalkan tenaga kerja yang terdiri dari berbagai generasi, serta solusi untuk tantangan yang muncul akibat keberagaman tersebut.
