Abstract

Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan sangat penting dalam suatu riset atau artikel ilmiah. Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan berfungsi untuk memperkuat teori dan penomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variabel. Artikel ini mereview Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai, yaitu: Kompensasi, Motivasi, Stres dan Kepuasan Kerja, Suatu Studi Literatur Manajemen Sumberdaya Manusia. Hasil dari library risearch ini adalah bahwa: 1) Kompensasi  berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai; 2) Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai; 3)  Stres berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; 4) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; 5) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
