Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan mengkaji kepemimpinan, kompetensi, dan komitmen serta mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap kemampuan berinovasi dan implikasinya terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disertai dengan teknik observasi dan kepustakaan, pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data di lapangan dilakukan pada tahun 2020. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kepemimpinan, kompetensi, komitmen, inovasi dan kinerja ASN berada pada kriteria kurang baik. Terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompetensi, komitmen terhadap inovasi baik secara simultan maupun parsial dan inovasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Jawa Barat.
