Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana para lulusan baru (fresh graduate) dapat melewati masa transisi dengan baik dari sekolah ke dunia kerja yaitu melakukan adaptasi karir (career adaptability). Berdasarkan penelitian-penelitian terdahulu, ada beberapa variabel yang mempengaruhi adaptasi karir yaitu kepribadian seseorang, kecerdasan emosinya (emotional intelegence) dan work value. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel agar dapat digunakan pada penelitian berikutnya. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah 1) Tipe-tipe kepribadian berpengaruh terhadap adaptasi karir; 2) Tingkat kecerdasan emosi berpengaruh terhadap adaptasi karir; 3) Intrinsic Work value berpengaruh terhadap Adaptasi karir; 4) Extrinsic Work value berpengaruh terhadap Adaptasi karir.
