Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) atau tenaga kerja adalah aset utama dalam sebuah organisasi,perlu adanya pelakuan khusus untuk pengelolaan SDM karena tenaga kerja dapat memengaruhi eksistensi organiasi dimasa yang akan datang. Pengelolaan tenaga kerja yang baik akan menciptakan suasana kerja yng optimal dan meningkatkan produktifitas organisasi. Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan seperti komitmen. Komitmen sendiri dapat diartikan sebagai kepatuhan terhadap suatu perjanjian antara karyawan dengan organisasi yang telah dibuat secara bersama–sama. Motivasi kerja pun juga menjadi salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi merupakan kondisi atau energi yang menggerakkan diri karyawan yang terarah atau tertuju untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi perusahaan. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini guna membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah:  1) Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan;  2) Komitmen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; 3) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
